Clinique MakeupI am the kind of person that is sort of anal about my makeup, not to much, not to little, nothing I buy seems to be what I actually wanted when I get it home and try it out, the color is never right especially when it comes to lipstick and lip liner.  It seems that when I get home and use it I normally always hate it.  Trust me when I say it gets a little pricey after awhile.

Now take mascara, my skin is very oily and it is hard to find mascara that doesn’t run or smudge after an hour or so.  I have tried clinique makeup in the past, just not the mascara.  I read that clinique gentle waterproof mascara long wear lash intensifier doesn’t smudge or run and it doesn’t clump together like some do. I tried it and I love it, it lasts all day and is very easy to remove.  It gives you a more natural look, not like the long, really thick movie star lashes.  I can now stop looking for the perfect mascara, I think I found it.

Women figure if they can only afford limited luxury then a tube of lipstick is inexpensive by comparision.  Women are not however, saving pennies to buy the cheap brands.  Research suggest’s that they are treating themselves to top quality brands such as Helena Rubinstein, Clinique makeup and Estee Lauder, just to name a few.

During the Great Depression of the 1930’s experts say that rising unemployment and tough competition for jobs made women want to look their best.  Generally speaking, cosmetics have seen a year on year increase in sales during the downtime.
