Well it would appear that if you want to attract a man all you have to do is wear Chanel No.5. According to a superdrug survey of 3000 women, the women’s perfume Chanel No. 5 is the fragrance most likely to attract a date. Which isn’t so surprising since it’s been the best selling fragrance in the world since the late 1920’s.
If you wonder why, then let me share just a few facts with you. In 1959 the bottle of Chanel No. 5 was added to the permanent collection of the New York Museum of Modern Art, in 1959 Marilyn Monroe was asked by a reporter what she wore to bed, her answer, “just a few drops of No. 5″, also, according to resources, the formula to the greatest success in perfumery is well guarded in a safe in a secret location.
So if you are in need of a date, a man for a minute or a lifetime give Chanel No. 5 a try.
Have you ever had to spend time somewhere you really did not want to be? Well I did, I wake up early one morning with the
worst headache in the world, and where else do I have to be but work. Now mind you, I have a stressful job because I work in a nursing home. I work directly with the elderly who have alzheimers, mix that with a tremondous headace not a good combination.
I make it through the day, I’m not sure how but I did. All day long the only thing I can think about is how to get rid of the pain in my head, I took excedrine, advil and nothing worked. So I go home and I light some lavender scented aromatherapy candles, fixed a nice hot bath with aromatherapy bath salts and soaked away my pain. I’m not kidding, within an hour I was feeling great and I was able to go to bed and go right to sleep. I swear by aromatherapy for any aches, pains, stressful days or even to create a romantic evening with the one I love.
It’s widely agreed that the sense of smell plays a large part in the science of attraction. Some researchers have even posited that humans give off pheromones, or chemical signals, in order to trigger a favorable response from a potential mate. Perfume and cologne are used to enhance these effects and to create a pleasant association between the wearer and the scent. Too much cologne can cause precisely the opposite effect.
An overabundance of cologne can be flat-out offensive in some cases. We’ve had the displeasure of being in close proximity to someone who splashed on way too much fragrance. The odor invades your nostrils and won’t relent. With this in mind, remember to apply men’s cologne with discretion. Subtlety is key, so try to limit your usage to a few dabs at a time.
