The art of applying perfume

Chanel ChanceThere is an art to wearing perfume that to many women overlook sometimes.  So here are a few rules of thumb.

Because we use differant products on our skin from shower gels to lotions to perfume, we need to be careful with the scents we choose that they do not intermingle.  If you would rather smell your moisterizer, then apply an unscented deodorant, or if you would rather smell your perfume go with an unscented moisterizer also.

The application is probably the most overlooked part of wearing perfume.  Lightly spray your pulse points (chest, ankles, neck and behind your knees) a half spray may be all you need for each area.  You may want to try spraying a cotton ball with a subtle casual fragrance such as Chanel Chance and using it as an applicator to diffuse the fragrance a little more.

Remember, if your perfume lingers longer then you do in a room or if people can smell your perfume before they get close to you, you may be wearing to much
