Women say they wear fragrances to smell good, but what they’re really hoping is to attract men. Womens fragrances like musk oil have traditionally been worn to attract men.

In order to find out what smells can help a woman to find a man, or excite her current partner, it’s best to ask men directly what women’s perfume they like. One befuddled man said, “I don’t know, I am just a guy … but I like a fragrance that I can only smell when I am close enough to kiss her neck.”

Another guy said, “A sweet smell, but nothing too strong. Just the mere hint of something that’s maybe citrusy, or maybe musky, but not strong enough that you can tell for sure.”
